What is your Pre-Order Policy?
A pre-order is an item that is currently not in stock but is available for purchase. By placing a pre-order, you are securing your item before it arrives at our warehouse, ensuring you don't miss out on high-demand releases.
Payment
- Upfront Payment: Payment is collected at the time of checkout, just like a standard order. This ensures your unit is reserved specifically for you.
- Cancellations: If you change your mind, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has shipped. Once the shipping process has begun, our standard Return Policy applies.
Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated Shipping Date: We provide an estimated shipping date on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate based on our production and shipping schedules. While we do our best to meet these dates, delays can occasionally occur due to logistics or manufacturing.
- Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available.
Tip: If you need your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
- Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your pre-order leaves our warehouse.
